Elementary School Visits
The Assistance League® Eugene Oregon Heritage Program provides trained guides for group visits by grades 3 through 5. Please see Educational Services> Museum Tours for complete information and a link to the School Tour Request Form.

Middle and High School Visits
The museum is not staffed to provide guides for more advanced students. However, teachers may request a tour subject to the availability of the museum director. At least one week advance notice is required.

Teachers may also request the use of a themed Traveling Trunk, its materials and a display table for use in one of the museum’s group assembly areas. Teachers need to allow time to repack the trunk before leaving the museum.

Scavenger hunt materials are also available on request.

Self-Guided Museum Tour
The public is always welcome to visit the museum during our regular hours, Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you are bringing a group, please check the Calendar and call the museum to ensure that your tour will not conflict with any other scheduled group or museum activity.

Sight-challenged Groups
With prior arrangement, a sight-challenged group can be provided with gloves and taken on a sensory tour of the museum.
